Family Preservation Therapist Supervisor. We are seeking a
passionate and dedicated individual to contribute to the well-being
of children and families facing developmental, emotional, and
behavioral challenges. -
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a Human Services field from an accredited
university
- Minimum of two years' experience working with youth and
families dealing with developmental, emotional, and/or behavioral
difficulties
- Applicable state clinical licensure required (Licensed Master
Psychologist (LMLP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT),
Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist (LCP), or Licensed Professional
Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- Valid driver's license and adherence to agency underwriting
standardsResponsibilities: -As a Family Preservation Therapist
Supervisor, you'll work with a team to collaborate with Case
Managers to ensure the safe and thriving development of children
within their home environments. You will conduct/oversee
comprehensive assessments, deliver evidence-based therapeutic
interventions, and provide guidance in teaching essential life
skills, including emotion regulation, fostering healthy
relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication
within families. Working seamlessly within our dedicated team, you
will not only engage in resourceful planning and advocacy but will
also receive specialized training in Trauma Focused Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Trust-Based Relational Intervention
(TBRI), Motivational Interviewing, and Parent-Child Interactive
Treatment. This training equips you with the latest and most
effective approaches, enhancing your ability to address the unique
needs of the families we serve. Your commitment to ongoing

therapeutic techniques to your work, contributing to the overall

A Day in The Life as a Therapist: -
- Supervise Therapeutic/para-professional staff
- Collaborate with Case Managers to support children and families
in crisis
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment
plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to address developmental,
emotional, and behavioral challenges
- Teach crucial life skills to enhance family dynamics
- Advocate for the well-being of children and familiesWhat We Are

preservation therapists and support workers. They need a
combination of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and the

Clinical Expertise: -
- In-depth knowledge of family therapy theories and
techniques.
- Strong understanding of the dynamics and challenges within
families, especially those at risk of separation or facing crisis
situations.
- Ability to assess complex family situations and develop
effective intervention strategies.Supervisory Skills: -
- Leadership abilities to guide and supervise a team of family
preservation therapists.
- Capacity to provide constructive feedback and support
professional development.
- Skill in fostering a positive and collaborative team
culture.Communication Skills: -
- Effective communication skills to interact with therapists,
clients, and other professionals.
- The ability to articulate therapeutic concepts and strategies
clearly.
- Listening skills to understand and address the concerns of
therapists and clients.Crisis Management: -
- Ability to handle crisis situations effectively and provide
guidance to therapists dealing with high-stress cases.
- Skills in developing crisis intervention plans and
