accountability. If you want to sharpen your craft, this is the
environment that will do it. You can build a specialty here and
become harder to replace every year. Suppression, VESDA, releasing
and shutdown sequencing, ERCES, integrated security, complex
troubleshooting, high-level closeout. We put high performers on
work that grows their value, not busywork that burns them out. We
believe growth should be real, not promised. We invest in licensing
and certifications and promote based on capability. If you perform,
you will not be stuck behind layers of corporate red tape. Foreman,
lead technician, field leadership, coordination, PM track. There is
room to move and we are moving fast. Benefits Trinity offers
competitive pay with performance-based bonuses and a benefits
package designed for long-term stability. Depending on role and
eligibility, this may include health, dental, and vision insurance,
a 401(k) with company match (up to 3%), paid time off, and paid

solves problems, and has your back in the field. Expectations are
clear, and training is not lip service. If you bring effort,
integrity, and pride in your craft, you will earn more
responsibility, better opportunities, and a real path into
leadership on high-visibility projects in one of the most demanding
segments of the industry. Company Description Trinity Fire &
