Job Description:
Full-time Description TEAM UP WITH US! The Field Service
Technician I is responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery
and electrical equipment such as ignition, governor, lubrication
and engine control systems. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? WHAT YOU'LL
DO: Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components,
and test and adjust assemblies with minimal supervision. Install
related wiring and bend conduit. Install, test and troubleshoot
digital control systems on natural gas compressors. Use hand tools,
air tools, precision measuring tools and instruments, laptops,
diagnostic software to troubleshoot control systems. Understand
basic blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation instructions.
Maintain basic working knowledge of engine and compressor

The employee is occasionally required to sit or smell. Specific
vision abilities required by this job include close vision,
distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception
and ability to adjust focus. the employee is regularly exposed to
moving mechanical parts and toxic or caustic chemicals. The
employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions;
high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside
weather conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat. The employee is
occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock and vibration. The

Requirements WHAT YOU'LL NEED: High school diploma or general
education degree (GED). Ability to read and interpret documents
such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions,
procedure manuals and write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to carry out instructions provided in written, verbal, or
diagram form. Knowledge of Database software; Internet software;
Manufacturing software and Order processing systems. A clean
driving record and be at least 21 (for field vehicle assignment &
operation). May be required to pass a DOT physical, have or obtain
MSHA certification, and other job-specific certifications as
needed. Successfully complete Work Steps assessment.
