Job Description:
POSITION REPORTS TO: Terminal Manager WAGES: Commensurate with
experience SCHEDULE: TBN; overtime and weekends required
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Be an active participant in the company's
safety culture and attend all required safety meetings Digging,
shoveling and cleaning Follow safe work practices Load, secure, and
unload materials and equipment with appropriate tools, machinery,
and other equipment May be required to assist in tank set up
Mechanical work to maintain and repair equipment Moving, handling,
loading and unloading materials and equipment Operates a variety of
light and heavy equipment Operates various hand tools, power tools
and other equipment to complete tasks Perform all other duties as
required or assigned by supervisor Performs manual labor Promote
cooperation and good communication with all branch and corporate
personnel Quality control in yard and in field Responsible for
upkeep and maintenance of the yard in a neat and orderly condition
including tracking inventory Retrieves parts needed parts from
vendors in the area Service pumps, meters and company equipment
Other tasks as assigned by manager REQUIREMENTS Minimum age 23
years Dependable attendance, no unauthorized absences Clean MVR
(Motor Vehicle Record) Valid driver's license Experience operating
power and manual tools and light and heavy equipment Experience
working outside in the elements Strong knowledge of fuel delivery
equipment (trucks, pumps, etc.) Ability to resolve issues quickly
Ability to work a variety of hours, overtime and nights if needed
Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of
co-workers and customers Ability to work in a fast paced
environment Ability to work well with others in a team environment
