**Position Information:**
- Full-time, permanent position
- Opportunity in a free standing Urgent Care facility.
- Work with another provider and adequate support staff.
- X/ray, Lab, and EKG provided.
- Schedule:
* Week 1 - 2 days 7a - 7p
* Week 2 - 3 days 7a - 7p
* No weekends
* No call
- Sign on, employed position, first year guarantee, quality and production incentives, PTO, health/dental, retirement, annual CME allowances, and relocation allowance offered.

- Over 400 providers with over 35 sub-specialties for referral on site
- Locally owned, not-for-profit facility, and sole healthcare provider in San Angelo, Texas.
