Job Description:
Job Description Job Summary Under general supervision, performs
a variety of professional nursing duties for patients in medical
practice areas. Qualifications Education Required: High School
Diploma, GED, or equivalent; completion of an accredited Licensed
Vocational Nursing (LVN) program. Preferred: Associate's degree in
LVN. Experience Preferred: Two (2) years of nursing experience.
Certification/Licensure Required: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
license with authorization to practice in Texas; Basic Life Support
(BLS) certification (required within 60 days of start date).
