Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Brownwood, TX Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $3,100 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU provides specialized, high-acuity care for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. Responsible for continuous patient assessment, monitoring, and intervention, including advanced hemodynamic support, ventilator management, and administration of complex medications. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care while adhering to hospital policies and regulatory standards. Requirements Requirements / Qualifications: Active RN License in the state of practice. BLS Certification required; ACLS Certification required. Minimum of 2–3 years critical care experience in ICU, CCU, or similar acute care setting. Proficient in critical care nursing skills: ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced cardiac life support. Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with critically ill patients.
