Job Description:
Walmart Inc., a leader in global retail, seeks an experienced
Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team within one of our busy
retail locations. As a Pharmacy Manager, you'll oversee the
operations of our pharmacy, which serves a diverse community,
ensuring efficient operations, accurate prescription dispensing,
and exceptional customer service. This position includes a $45,000
sign-on bonus and relocation assistance to ensure a smooth
transition for the right candidate. Ensure compliance with federal,
state, and local pharmacy regulations. Manage and supervise
pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, to
deliver excellent patient care. Optimize workflow procedures in the
pharmacy to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Administer immunizations and provide consultation services to
customers. Manage inventory levels, order medications and supplies,
and oversee the controlled substance inventory process. Address and
resolve customer issues and complaints professionally. Hold team
meetings to keep staff current on company policies and pharmacy
best practices. Promote health and wellness initiatives in
coordination with organizational goals. Strong leadership and team

Profound knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations Customer

environment Proficiency in pharmacy management software and
