Job Description Job Description About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to serve as the Pediatric Unit Manager at the Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation & Pediatrics. This role oversees daily clinical operations for our pediatric unit, ensuring the highest quality of care. Responsibilities Lead and supervise nursing staff on the pediatric unit Oversee resident care planning, assessments, and charting Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members Mentor and support staff to maintain a positive and efficient work environment Monitor clinical outcomes and participate in quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Active RN license in New Jersey Prior experience in pediatrics or high-acuity care preferred Leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Why Join Phoenix Center?
