Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Midland, TX Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,700 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 16 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Provide comprehensive care to laboring patients and support safe deliveries Perform assessments and manage care throughout the labor and delivery process Assist in surgical deliveries and newborn transition Collaborate with care teams to ensure optimal outcomes for mother and baby Requirements Rotate through triage, antepartum, labor, circulate, and transition (no postpartum) NIHSS, BLS, ACLS, NRP – Required Must have strong experience in labor & delivery, including circulating for C-sections High acuity setting; previous travel experience preferred Benefits • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. •"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $1000 referral bonus.
