This role is pivotal in providing top-notch occupational therapy services to patients within our network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health agencies. The Occupational Therapist will develop and administer therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation in various patient settings that adhere to the highest standards of healthcare. Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans. Implement therapy interventions to improve patients' functional abilities. Regularly evaluate and document patients’ progress. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and ongoing management strategies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. Maintain patient records and comply with healthcare regulations. Proficiency in the use of therapeutic equipment and technology Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to handle physically demanding tasks Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Occupational Therapist license NBCOT certification preferred
