Occupational Therapist Location: Snyder, TX Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $1,501 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position ID: 75318006 Shift: Days 8 hours 8 hr days - 40 hrs guaranteed Description: Treatment specialized therapy plans designed by the OT, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and activities to improve motor skills and coordination.ADL patients how to performActivities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and eating, often using adaptive techniques.Adaptive patients and families on how to use special tools like reachers, mobility aids, or modified kitchen utensils.Monitoring and detailed notes on patient progress, behavioral changes, and safety concerns, reporting these findings to the supervising OT to adjust treatment plans as needed.Education and emotional encouragement to patients and trains caregivers on how to assist with home programs.Operational treatment areas, cleans equipment, and may handle administrative duties like scheduling and billing.
