Job Description:

Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic team. This position is

with a multidisciplinary team in our state-of-the-art
rehabilitation facilities, providing personalized patient care
designed to achieve optimal outcomes. Your role involves assisting
in the delivery of occupational therapy services under the
direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, following treatment
plans tailored to each patient's individual needs. Assist
Occupational Therapists in administering therapy treatments
according to patient care plans. Monitor patients' performance and
progress, providing feedback to the therapy team. Ensure the
preparation of therapy sessions by organizing therapy materials and
equipment. Maintain patient records by documenting sessions,
outcomes, and all relevant observations. Communicate regularly with
patients, families, and other medical staff to optimize care plans.
Contribute to team meetings and patient case conferences, offering
insights based on observations and patient interactions. Adhere to
facility policies and procedures, including privacy regulations and
safety guidelines. Proficient in using occupational therapy
techniques and equipment Strong observational and documentation
skills Ability to follow detailed instructions Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Capable of physical
endurance and handling the demands of patient therapy routines
