Assist registered occupational therapists in carrying out treatment plans. Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed. Educate patients and their families on home programs and discharge plans. Maintain therapy equipment and ensure all safety regulations are followed. Participate in patient assessments and team meetings. Provide input on the care planning and rehabilitation process. Proficiency in implementing occupational therapy treatments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments. Experience with electronic medical records and documentation software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure in the state of practice.
