Job Description:

Encompass Health Corporation is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our diverse team, where we prioritize patient care using a comprehensive approach in inpatient rehabilitation and home-based services. This role focuses on tailoring nursing practices to meet the physical and emotional needs of patients within our rehabilitation hospitals and through our expansive network of home health agencies. Our nurses are instrumental in helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes and recovery, fostering an environment that merges compassion with positive medical results. Assess patient conditions through physical exams and health history analysis to formulate effective care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitor outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records. Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Ability to provide holistic and compassionate patient care Strong communication and interdisciplinary teamwork abilities Proficiency in electronic healthcare record systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice BLS/CPR certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
