details. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral
Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the
APTA - Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment -
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC - 2 years PT
experience in LTC setting - Required - TX or compact license -
Required - DOR experience - Highly Preferred Assignment Details -
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility - Shift: Days - Shift
Details: 8 hr days - 40 hrs guaranteed - Weekend Requirement: None
