Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Brownwood, TX Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $1,925 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Shift Night Shift – 3×12 hours Hours: 19:00 – 07:00 No block scheduling Responsibilities Provide MS/Tele nursing care for adult/geriatric patients Monitor telemetry and interpret/manage cardiac dysrhythmias Manage cardiac drips (some titration), heparin protocols Perform IV therapy, central/PICC care, blood product administration Use rapid response/code teams as needed Manage respiratory support: BiPAP/CPAP, HFNC, chest tubes Provide wound care, feeding tube care, and post?cardiac procedure care Maintain accurate charting (any EMR system) Work with interdisciplinary teams (PT, RT, pharmacy, social work) Requirements Job Requirements & Qualifications Experience Years of Experience: 2 years (required) Travel Experience: Required Community Hospital Experience: Preferred Teaching Hospital Experience: Not required Previous Charge Experience: Not specified Patient Ratio Experience: 1:5–6 Charting System: Any (required) Certifications BLS ACLS NIHSS
