Job Description Job Description Title: Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Brownwood,TX Status: Fulltime Shift Nights We’re seeking passionate and dedicated Critical Care Registered Nurses to join our team in delivering lifesaving care to patients with acute and complex conditions. As a Critical Care RN, you’ll be part of a team that thrives in fast-paced, high-acuity environments. From stabilizing trauma patients to providing advanced cardiac and neuro care, you’ll use your skills and compassion to make a real difference every day. What You’ll Do Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate treatment plans. Assess, monitor, and manage patients requiring ventilators, drips, and advanced therapies. Document and input patient data with accuracy and timeliness. Educate and support patients and families through complex care processes. Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and committee work. Qualifications Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred). Current RN license (Texas or Compact State). BLS required (prior to orientation completion). ACLS & NIH Stroke Scale required (prior to orientation completion). Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments and with advanced therapeutic equipment. Why Join Us? ?
