seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Nurse. The ideal
candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Labor and
Delivery. Candidates should possess certifications in ACLS, BLS,
and NRP. Previous charge experience is required. The nurse will be
responsible for caring for patients during labor and delivery. They
will assess and monitor fetal heart rates and maternal status. The
nurse will also assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean
sections. Knowledge of antepartum management and postpartum care is
essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a
team are important. Candidates must be familiar with fetal
monitoring and have experience with IV management. Knowledge of
medications used in labor and delivery is necessary. Active
participation in patient education and support for breastfeeding is
expected. Nurses will be required to maintain a safe and sterile
environment. Utilization of standard precautions and isolation
protocols is essential. The position involves interaction with
interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care. Attention
to detail and the ability to respond quickly in emergencies is
crucial. The nurse must be flexible to meet the needs of the unit
