Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry

Experience: Minimum 2 years License: State-issued Registered Nurse
license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Previous
charge experience - Experience with a patient ratio of 5-6 -
Proficient in charting systems Description: MS/Tele Registered
Nurse position available. Candidates residing at least 50 miles
from the facility may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Strong
preference for candidates starting on March 2, 2026.
Responsibilities include: - Interpretation and management of
dysrhythmias. - Telemetry remote monitoring and on-unit monitoring.
- Use of rapid response and code teams. - Care and management of
feeding tubes. - Handling of ortho trauma and mastectomy patients.
- Management of cardiac telemetry and post-cardiac procedures. -
Administration of blood products and care of central and peripheral
lines. - Starting and maintaining IVs, including managing heparin
protocols. - Monitoring for cerebrovascular accidents and
conducting wound care. Daily patient demographics include
adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The unit maintains a daily
census of approximately 35 patients with 38 beds available.
Collaboration with interdisciplinary support teams is required,
including physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy.
Candidates should have travel experience and a thorough
understanding of necessary lab items to be completed promptly.
Experience with specific charting systems is preferred. Completion
of drug screenings is mandatory prior to commencing the position,
