Registered Nurse (RN) | Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op Location: Abilene, TX Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,450 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 9 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position The PACU Registered Nurse provides post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgical and procedural anesthesia. This role involves monitoring vital signs, managing pain, assessing airway and consciousness levels, identifying post-operative complications, and collaborating with anesthesia providers, surgeons, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe recovery and optimal patient outcomes. Requirements Requirements • Active RN license (state-specific or compact, as applicable) • Minimum recent PACU or critical care experience (ICU/ER acceptable, if required by facility) • BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient monitoring skills • Experience with post-anesthesia recovery, pain management, and emergency response • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. 401K Plan.
