Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated LPN / LVN to join our

requires a compassionate professional who can thrive in a dynamic

satisfaction. Assess, plan and implement patient care plans in
collaboration with healthcare teams. Monitor patient health and
document patient care services. Facilitate patient communication
and educate patients on health management, medication, and
preventive care. Administer medication and maintain accurate
records in accordance with regulatory standards. Participate in the
development and review of treatment plans. Strong assessment and
care planning skills. Ability to administer medications and
knowledge of basic pharmacology. Excellent organizational,
communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in documenting
and maintaining accurate healthcare records. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Licensed Practical Nurse
(LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required. CPR/BLS
Certification.
