Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in various settings. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of patient therapy and condition. Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with healthcare practitioners' prescriptions. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Educate patients and their families on health-related matters. Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations and organizational policies in all activities. Strong practical nursing skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Detailed understanding of safety and sanitization protocols Efficient in electronic health record (EHR) management Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Flexible and adaptable in various healthcare environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current LPN or LVN license in the state of practice CPR certified Additional certification in a specialized area of nursing is preferred but not mandatory
