Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Behavioral Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/14/2026 - Duration: 24 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Custom Healthcare Solutions is seeking skilled and experienced Psych Registered Nurses (RNs) for an exciting opportunity near San Angelo , TX! Details: - Contract: 6 months - Pay Rate: $48/hour-$51/hour depending on experience - Hours: 40 hours/week - Shift: 7a-7p x3 with 1 4hr shift 7a-11a or 3p-7p - Start Date: 4/14/26 - Administers medications, immunizations, and treatment and observes individuals for unusual symptoms and reactions. - Conducts physical assessments of individual health needs and implements appropriate action. - Implements and monitors acute care plans and manages chronic healthcare plans. - Instructs and assists individuals in meeting their health care needs. - Prepares, maintains, and reviews individual records and individual assessments.
