This role is pivotal in assisting patients in enhancing their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments. The OT will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver therapy that improves patient outcomes and satisfaction. Evaluate patients’ condition and develop appropriate therapy plans. Help patients improve their ability to perform tasks in their daily lives. Implement personalized interventions to improve patient mobility and independence. Assess and record patients’ activities and progress. Educate patients and families about home treatment options and exercises. Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote patient wellness. Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and methods Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle a diversified caseload Knowledge of patient assessment and treatment plan development Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist NBCOT Certification
