Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated LPN-LVN II
to join our compassionate team. As part of our network which
includes inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health
agencies, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality,
personalized patient care. This position involves administering
nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or
physician, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients through
a holistic, proactive approach. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed Monitor and report changes in patient
conditions Assist with patient rehabilitation and recovery Maintain
patient records accurately Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary
team to ensure effective patient care Provide education and support
to patients and their families Strong nursing skills Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work
collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Keen observation
skills Capability to follow detailed instructions Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active LPN or LVN license
CPR certification
