Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation invites passionate Licensed
Practical Nurses (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to join
our committed team, delivering high-quality healthcare across our
wide network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, home health
agencies, and hospice agencies. In this role, you will be
instrumental in offering care that promotes patients' well-being
with an emphasis on their rehabilitation journey or comforting
end-of-life care. Candidates should demonstrate a dedication to
compassionate care, clinical excellence, and teamwork. Provide
direct nursing care according to the prescribed patient treatment
plans. Monitor patient health status and respond to varying care
needs. Administer medications accurately and safely. Collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated and
comprehensive care. Document patient care services by charting in
patient and department records. Educate patients and their families
on health maintenance and disease prevention. Strong clinical
skills in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in managing and
maintaining electronic health records. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Capability to work effectively in a
team-oriented environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Current LPN or LVN license in the state of
practice. CPR certification required.
