Job Description:

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide day shift, low acuity nursing services to patients in their homes. This position demands a professional who is skilled in delivering patient-centered care and is adept at working in varied home environments. As an RN with Aveanna Healthcare, you will play an integral role in supporting our commitment to helping patients achieve their highest level of health and independence. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients within a low-acuity home setting. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide patient-focused care. Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions in a timely manner. Operate medical equipment and assist with daily living activities to enhance patient quality of life. Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid RN license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Driver's license and reliable transportation
