Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 04/20/2026 - Duration: Ongoing - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days, evenings, nights, on call, rotating - Employment Type: Staff Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Salary: $55,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)Bonus: $5,000 Relocation Assistance (Negotiable)Eligibility: New Graduates AcceptedJob Summary We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance with established protocols. This role requires strong technical expertise, patient interaction skills, and adherence to radiation safety standards. Key Responsibilities - Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols - Ensure high-quality imaging and maintain productivity standards - Monitor radiation dose levels and take appropriate action when thresholds are exceeded - Communicate effectively with patients using AIDET to ensure clarity and comfort - Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, including positioning and exposure adjustments - Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and radiation protection protocols - Utilize sterile techniques during invasive procedures - Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of equipment and work areas - Collaborate with engineers and physicists to ensure optimal equipment performance - Report equipment or operational issues to management promptly - Assist with inventory management of supplies Key Skills & Qualifications - Strong understanding of nuclear medicine imaging procedures - Ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision - Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of radiation safety standards and dose monitoring - Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations - Experience with emergency procedures and first aid - Commitment to patient satisfaction and quality care - Ability to work with diverse patient populations (newborn to geriatric) - Capability to train and mentor new team members Why Join Us/n/nCompetitive salary with relocation assistance/n/nOpportunity for new graduates to start their career/n/nSupportive and collaborative work environment/n/nExposure to advanced imaging technologies/n/nCareer growth and continuous learning opportunities About Pyramid Consulting Supercharge your career with Pyramid Consulting.
