Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist for our Midland, Texas location. As a Speech Language Pathologist with us, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within our inpatient rehabilitation facilities. Your role will encompass developing personalized treatment plans, providing effective therapy, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of patient-centered care and rehabilitation. You will also play a vital role in educating patients and their families about therapy processes and post-care strategies to ensure sustained rehabilitation outcomes. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional in speech-language pathology, possesses a Master’s Degree in speech pathology, and holds a valid state license along with certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
