Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech
Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team within the Healthcare &
Medical Services department, providing facility-based and
home-based patient care. Our mission is to deliver high-quality

SLP with Encompass Health, you will conduct comprehensive
assessments of patients' speech, language, and communication
abilities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing
individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patients' speech
and language skills. Collaboration with interdisciplinary team
members is crucial to coordinate and meet patient care and
treatment objectives. Your role will also involve documenting
patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and
educating patients and their families on communication and
swallowing strategies and disorders. This full-time position offers
the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, providing a
balance between on-site and flexible working arrangements. This
role requires a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology and a
valid SLP license. Preferred candidates will have at least 3-5
years of experience in a healthcare setting. Encompass Health
