Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated SLP (Speech-Language
Pathologist) with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) to join
our dynamic team. This position is crucial in our mission to
deliver exceptional care across our integrated healthcare services,
aiding both facility-based and home-based patients. The successful
candidate will be involved in developing individualized patient
care plans, emphasizing a tailored approach based on the unique
needs of each patient to optimize outcomes. Working collaboratively
with a multidisciplinary team, the SLP will address various
disorders and support patient recovery, contributing to Encompass
Health's commitment to high-quality, cost-effective healthcare.
Assess and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement personalized care plans based on
comprehensive assessments. Collaborate with healthcare
professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Educate patients and
families about management and treatment to ensure effective
continued care at home. Maintain accurate records and documentation
relating to patient conditions and care. Proficiency in standard
speech-language pathology techniques. Ability to diagnose and treat
speech-related disorders. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a
clinical setting. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in
Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Valid state license
as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
