You’ll keep residents happy with reliable, friendly service, work on property upkeep, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. This role offers growth opportunities to Service Technician II or Assistant Service Manager. What You Bring: You’ll bring technical skills, professionalism, and strong organization to the team. You’ll be able to work weekends and on-call as needed.
