General Manager, you will be the center of the restaurant’s
success. You will create an environment where Team Members feel

years of Leadership Experience in a high-volume fast food, QSR, or
restaurant setting A Passion for developing People and building
strong, engaged Teams Experience of Profit & Loss Accountability
Effective Communication, Coaching, and Decision-Making Skills A
commitment to Hospitality, Quality, and Operational Excellence High
School Diploma or GED required (College Degree preferred) Must be
at least 21 years old with dependable transportation Ability to
pass background and drug screening PHYSICAL EXPECTATIONS: Because
this is a hands-on Leadership Role, you will need to be able to:
Stand, walk, lift 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks throughout
your Shift Keep the Restaurant and grounds Clean and Welcoming
