Job Description Job Description PRODUCTION WORKER Monday - Friday 1:30 pm - 12:00 am, mandatory overtime as needed $15.25 per hour ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Work as part of a team on a production line to assemble, sort, and pack materials and products Ensure quality control standards are met for all materials and finished products Monitor and maintain correct quantities and types of materials used Stack pallets, pack products into boxes, and inspect for defects Follow safety, quality, and communication standards throughout the shift Maintain a clean and organized work area Participate in paid training and follow all company policies and procedures JOB REQUIR E MENTS Must be able to stand for 8–10 hours per shift Able to lift up to 30 lbs Strong commitment to attendance, quality, safety, and teamwork Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus (training provided) BENEFITS & PERKS Casual dress code Climate-controlled environment Paid training Weekly paychecks Direct deposit or cash card pay options Medical and dental insurance Paid time off Advancement opportunities Additional on-the-spot perks
