Job Description Job Description ASSEMBLER Rotating shift 5:00 am - 5:30 pm, mandatory overtime as needed $20.40 per hour ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Mount pump-motor and plumbing harnesses to acrylic and RP parts Solder and seal brass fittings to harness components Assemble spa packages and sub-assemblies to acrylic/RP units Install lighting, wiring, plumbing, fans, speakers, and control systems Assemble steam generators, metal frames, drains, and steam heads Install cabinet tracks, doors, towel bars, and related hardware Complete inter-component wiring and plumbing connections Perform run tests and pressure tests on finished units Identify and correct leaks or functional issues as needed Transfer parts and finished products between workstations and testing areas Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety regulations and perform additional duties as assigned Assemble PVC pipe and related components JOB REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalent required Working knowledge of small hand tools and soldering equipment Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings and assembly instructions Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work in a production environment and meet deadlines Must wear steel-toe shoes
