Basic Function of Position:



  • The Enterprise Account Manager position is responsible for managing the business relationships within DMI's larger customers, known as Enterprise accounts.

  • Manage forecast accuracy while achieving or exceeding assigned sales quotas.
  • Develop a strategic plan to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring ongoing loyalty by ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Meet or exceed activity metrics, specifically call volume and call time objectives.
  • Work with your Sales Manager to review daily/weekly success and challenges.

  • Monitor competitive activity to identify any threat to an Enterprise customer.
  • Participate in sales training as required.
  • Close sales and process sales orders.

    Required/Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Strong customer relationship building skills and experience.
    • Results-oriented with a proven ability to project a positive sales attitude.
    • Ability to effectively communicate through all available mediums (verbal, listening, writing, presenting).
    • Ability to influence many different decision-makers, including purchasing managers, finance directors, IT directors, and senior executives and managers of departments and that use TimeClock Plus.
    • Experience managing c-level relationships and growing existing accounts.
    • Strong work ethic.
    • Ability to multi-task/prioritize/manage time effectively.
    • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
