Job Description:
Walmart Inc., a leading global retailer, is seeking a highly
skilled Staff Pharmacist to join our dedicated team in providing
comprehensive pharmaceutical care to our community. This position
offers a substantial sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and the

tangible impact on patient health. Dispense prescription
medications accurately and efficiently to ensure patient safety and
compliance with regulatory guidelines. Provide professional advice
and guidance on medication use, side effects, interactions, and
general health inquiries. Administer immunizations and participate
in community health promotion initiatives. Collaborate with
healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy and
health outcomes. Manage pharmacy inventory, place and fulfill
orders, and maintain records to ensure the availability of
medication and compliance with laws. Supervise pharmacy technicians
and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and high standards
of service. Stay informed of the latest developments in
pharmaceuticals, including new drugs, therapies, and industry
regulations. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles,
medications, and their applications. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey medical
information clearly and effectively. Detail-oriented with strong
analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in the use of
electronic health record (EHR) systems. Adaptability and readiness
to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current and
unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of employment.
Certified Immunization Pharmacist (CIP) status preferred but not
mandatory.
