Your expertise in respiratory therapy will be crucial in creating individualized treatment plans and ensuring optimal patient outcomes across our network. Evaluate patient respiratory care plans and modify as necessary Administer and recommend various respiratory therapies Operate and maintain all respiratory therapy equipment Educate patients and families on treatments and home care techniques Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Record and report the progress of treatment Proficient in using respiratory therapy equipment Strong communication skills Ability to work cooperatively in a multidisciplinary team Analytical skills to assess patient condition and needs Capability to handle emotional situations with professionalism Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required Active state license as a Respiratory Therapist BLS certification
