Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking dedicated Licensed
Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to
join our diverse team, providing comprehensive healthcare in a
range of settings within our vast network of inpatient
rehabilitation hospitals, and home health and hospice care
services. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality,
patient-centered care through daily nursing duties that support
patient recovery and maintain high standards of healthcare
practices. Provide direct nursing care according to the prescribed
patient treatment plans. Monitor patient health and record signs.
Administer medications and treatments to patients. Assist with
patient mobility and physical therapies. Communicate with patients
and their families, offering emotional support and education about
their conditions. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations
and maintain patient confidentiality. Coordinate with healthcare
team to deliver holistic patient care. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to operate medical equipment.
Understanding of patient care protocols and best practices.
Proficient in maintaining accurate health care records. Capability
to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Must possess a
current, valid LPN or LVN license. CPR certification required.
